A portion of every h society purchase supports Beyond Fistula, a nonprofit that provides social, emotional, educational, and entrepreneurial training to Kenyan women and girls who have survived obstetric fistula.
I serve on Beyond Fistula's board, and I've seen firsthand the dedication of the women and girls who are survivors. Healing isn't only medical — it also means developing skills and gaining an education to fully participate in life. Women in the program can choose to train in tailoring and sewing, work that leads to real financial independence.
The intent isn't simply to provide funds. It's to support the skill-building that gives survivors a path to their own income and independence. Supporting their work felt like the natural extension of everything h society stands for — quality, dignity, and care in the details, in something you hold and something that helps someone else hold onto their future.
